Account information: Name, email address, and organization details when you create a Lucen account.

Connected platform data: When you connect an ad platform (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Mercado Libre, or others), we access campaign performance data from those platforms on your behalf. This includes metrics such as impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, and related advertising data. We access only the data you explicitly authorize.

Usage data: How you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies necessary for the Service to function.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service
• Connect to and retrieve data from your authorized ad platforms
• Store and process your advertising data in your designated data warehouse (e.g., BigQuery)
• Generate analytics, reports, and AI-driven insights based on your data
• Send you product updates, security alerts, and support communications
• Comply with legal obligations

Your advertising data is stored in your own data warehouse (e.g., Google BigQuery) under your control. Lucen acts as a processor — we access your data to provide the Service but do not own it. You retain full ownership of your data at all times.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or advertising data with third parties, except:

• Service providers: Third-party tools we use to operate the Service (e.g., cloud infrastructure, monitoring), bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with prior notice to you.

We do not use your advertising data to train AI models or for any purpose beyond providing the Service.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Advertising data stored in your warehouse is under your control and retention policies. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Object to or restrict processing of your information
• Export your data in a portable format

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

When you connect a third-party platform (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Mercado Libre), you are also subject to that platform's terms of service and privacy policy. Lucen is not responsible for the data practices of those platforms.

The Service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
